Good breakfast, convenient location.
Easy to find in the edge of the Cathedral quater, the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows get an 8/10, shower 8/10, breakfast 8/10, bar 6/10, reception 9/10, room 7/10. Happy. Would stay here again.

Great until it was ruined by a drunk man!
We had a lovely stay, staff very friendly, hotel lovely and clean. However we were woken at 12.30am but someone banging on our door and pulling on the handle. This woke our 2 young children who were screaming, not knowing what was going on. We rang reception to report this. 10minutes after we rang, someone came up to the person lying on the floor outside our room. The man keptbanging on the walls and a woman came out to him, trying to get him into the room. This was very disturbing to our young children and went on for around 30minutes. When i raisied this at reception at check out, i was told it was a man who was 'bladdered'. i was offered 10% off my next stay! Unfortunately i doubt we will be baack at this hotel. Such a shame

Didn't realise that I had reserved an accessible room and was told I would see no difference. There was. I confirmed I had no requirement for that kind of room and offered to hand it back. I wasn’t offered an alternative. Showering in a “wet room” with a curtain isn’t pleasant and the whole room was swimming in water at the end as a result of poor drainage. The room was unbearably hot and could see any form of temperature control for the room. The window looked out into a shabby courtyard that wasn’t appealing. And the worst of the visit was that about 6 am there was a group of people making excessive and constant noise until around 8:30 when it they seemed to leave….sleep was not happening. First time I’ve stayed in this hotel and I can’t see me returning. I’ve used “lesser” budget brands in Belfast and find them to be far better value. I’m glad we only had to endure one night.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to all areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. General hotel cleanliness and room were very clean. Only negative are the beds. Very firm but also tired mattresses. We asked for another duvet to lay on top of mattress, then it was much more comfortable.

Great stay, very good dining options nearby. Room was ready even though we were very early. The one feedback I have is more for the Expedia description, where it mentioned the hotel had laundry (which was also a reason why we chose this one specifically for the night), but when we got to the hotel the laundry service was one done by the hotel, not a self-laundry service, with a specific drop off time early morning for the laundry to be ready by the evening. Small recommendation to update the description to specify this.

Stayed for two nights, and found it to be an excellent stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and had no issues with the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Nicely positioned on the edge of cathedral quarter, you are no more than a 5 minute walk towards an array of bars and restaurants.

The facility was average. The service is slow. There is no A/C and the rooms get very hot. The mattresses were extremely soft, perhaps extremely worn out. The rooms are very small. The is no water station. No parking or validation for parking.
