Ramada hotel

This hotel was close to town centre it was quiet so I had a great sleep every night .plenty of tea coffee milk I had no complaints I was there 3 night and asked so many questions about directions always answered with a smile also a free phone to taxi longest I waited was 1 minute incredible

Very convenient location in Belfast city. There’s two shopping centres and takeaway restaurants nearby . Staff couldn’t be any more friendly, they were so helpful. Only thing I would criticise would be that the kettle worked the first night of my stay but decided not to work the rest of my stay.

Cheap plastic floor and it was sloped so the head of the bed was lower than the feet. Mold around the bathroom fixtures against the wall. Have to go get your own toilet paper from the lobby when you run out because they left very little in the bathroom. Only gave us one clean towel when we asked for replacements on the second day. Not sure we would stay here again. No chairs or Lobby for guests downstairs only a bar.
