Expected more. Room nice and bright but dusty and bathroom not pristine. Breakfast is at 30 minutes interval and you have to decide the night before what time you want to eat. On vacation I find that annoying.

The room walls are filthy. There is joint compound on the walls and no one bothered to paint. Filthy walls make me wonder if they used fresh sheets. Even with a pretty sash in my bed, it felt unclean. I asked the front desk lady to print something for me and after 3 days still no print out. Poor service and filthy rooms.

Nice place, friendly staff. We had an issue with a curtain that wouldn't close, and which they didn't fix when asked to and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Very central location. Needed to ask for additional towels, tea bags and milk, otherwise we had all we needed. 8am fire alarm on the Sunday was annoying, it would also have been good if the hotel had informed guests of the road closures due to the marathon as it made it impossible to get a cab.

The Maldron Hotel of Belfast was a great stay for 3 nights in Belfast. Centrally located, it is perfect for dining out, exploring and getting around town. The staff were accommodating and extremely kind.

Friendly staff, very spacious and clean facilities, bed was super comfortable. The large multi-story car park is less than three minutes’ walk and you can get a discount if you show reception your ticket. The restaurant managed to get us seated and fed within twenty minutes as we had a theatre show to make!
