Hotel was clean, decor was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was convenient for seeing around the city and airport transfers via bus station. We would stay again.

I like the security of the key card being used also for calling the lift as it helps ensure only guests can enter the body of the hotel. Stsff are helpful, very welcoming and ready with a smile.

We found the Leonardo to be a very excellent choice with a very convenient location next to the main bus-train transit center. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The morning buffet had an excellent selection of breakfast fare.

The hotel location suits my needs well. Its location in the city centre is very convenient. Near to Opera House, and the City Hall as well as shops, restaurants, and Grand Central bus and train hub.

Good hotel in a central location. I didnt like having to put up with vaping in the public bar. Not at all pleasant and the staff didn't bat an eyelid.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It's very central within the city and travel to and from the George Best Airport is very convenient - about 20 minutes from door to door on the 600 bus.
