Staff are very kind and willing to provide help especially Alanna, who was so initiative to provide help when we were in a rush back to the hotel under a heavy rain before heading to get the express coach to Dublin. Very good place to stay in Belfast. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was on the small side for a family of 4 and the pull out bed for the teenagers wasnt the best. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Belfast. The location was convenient—about a 20-minute walk from City Hall and close to public transit. Breakfast was solid with a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. A reliable, comfortable option for a stay in the city.

Nice , clean modern property. Our satnav wasn’t quite sure where to go from the airport but we got there in the end. Good very friendly and helpful staff. We wanted to stay an extra night which they sorted out expeditiously. Well done! Definitely come back when we come to Belfast again.
