Good location, breakfast was acceptable albeit hot items were cold and the coffee was terrible. Some sort of americano in a "teapot." Milk was not served with it but we got it ourselves from a cereal station. Overal average service at the bar or restaurant and not attentive. Walls are very thin, the guests next room were too loud and it was very disruptive. The gentlenem at the check-in (29.5. afternoon) was very attentive, offered lots of good tips about Belfast and was the only pleasant experince, I wish I got his name to compliment his excellent and cheerfull welcome.

The front of house staff. Everyone tries to go the extra mile for your compfort. The first day there the safe wasnt working but repaired quickly. The tv only got two channels. Last day someone decided 6:20 am is good time to work outside our window. However we loved the shower and the bed as well as room size

Hotel itself was ok but our room was below average. The TV did not work and if you are ever travelling with a third person and are offered the pull out sofa…do NOT take it. It was absolutely horrible.

We had a meal our first night in the restaurant. It lasted over two hours. The vegetarian quiche was full of bacon/ham so was sent back. It took ages for another one to come our by this time I had finished my meal. My friend was kindly offered a complimentary dessert which we thought was good however it took ages to be served, it was only scoops of ice cream. All in all not an enjoyable experience.
