Short but sweet
A comfortable place with a good bar on a brief stop in the city to enjoy some time with friends and a great gig! A pleasant and hassle free time, and even some great advice on local tourism from reception! Hopefully back before too long.

Never come across such helpful and friendly staff as the the staff in this Holiday inn in Belfast, everyone so lovely and approachable, always happy to help and give great recommendations on things to do around the city. Thank you each staff who made our stay in Belfast an amazing one, especially Francine and Alice who we interacted with most. Best example of great customer service! Hotel was very clean all around, whether in the communal areas or the rooms, room service was great, very punctual and friendly. 10/10 experience in this hotel! :)

Friendly, super helpful staff. Lovely breakfast included which set us up for the day. We ate dinner here one night and it was great - really nice cocktails too! Room was clean, made up every day. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. We mostly walked about and was handy for the city centre.

Falling at the final fence
Our experience of the hotel was very good, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was good, room was comfortable and quiet. Our only problem was at breakfast, I left with our daughter to give my partner time to relax and enjoy her tea. The waiter then asked if he could clear her table. My partner said yes of course. The waiter then proceeded to clear the surrounding tables and put everything on my partners table, right in front of her were scraps and half eaten breakfasts. She was a bit annoyed but she didn't make a fuss and she said nothing but left obviously unable to enjoy her tea. The young man then held the door for her. I feel that his training was lacking as the waiter was very polite and helpful but lacked etiquette in customer service.
