A lovely hotel. Good food, great service, clean room, everything worked and was in good condition. The thing i noticed the most was the custodial and maintenance staff working hard to keep the place looking and functioning great. Well done. I look forward to staying there again.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in in Belem. I always stay there. The only problem this time was the steam room was inoperable, but otherwise great.

Dining room waiter, Filipe, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our dinner special. The front desk staff also went the extra mile to get an electrical adapter when ours wouldn’t fit. Super service!
