Location was good. Breakfast was very nice. It would be nice if the receptionists used Google Translate for foreign visitors, instead of just leave it up to us. Because they all have a mobile phone and wifi, but instead they just say no. Parking is limited. Wifi is more off than on.

Hotel Ipe is in a decent location, close to a large bus station and some shopping. The hotel is well run with a nice breakfast buffet. The major drawback is the size of the bathroom, it's VERY small.

O quatro escolhido (Suíte) é decepcionante, instalações precárias muito velhas, aparentemente sem manutenções por décadas, muito barulho da avenida, ar condicionado barulhento, fiação expostas, jogo de cama surrado, acabamento geral do espaço ruim. O espaço do quarto é pequeno, cama de casal pequena, tudo muito fora do padrão suíte de onde tenho me instalado por valores menores, banheiro minúsculo menor que ja fiquei e com acabamento ruim.

O banheiro nao da pra uma peso acima do peso ou uma pessoa aparte de 1.80m Extremamente pequeno vc senta no vaso e encosta seu joelho na parede , e o chuveiro é no teto, nao da pra tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo , mal vc consegue passar sabonete pq a agua nao deixar tec desligar o chuveiro, eu tive que compra uma touca pra pode tonar banho

Fora o preço, foi o pior hotel que já me hospedei. O colchão tinha várias manchas. A roupa de cama e "edredom" não tinha cheiro de limpeza. Contudo, o mais surreal era o barulho do ar condicionado. O barulho era pior do que turbina de avião, nunca vi nada parecido. Na recepção, sequer me perguntaram se consumi algo (zero confiança no cliente). Apenas fiquei esperando até saber que era para a "vistoria". Quando ela falou "está tudo certo", respondi: "eu sei".

Hotel bom, uma boa localização, parte negativa no meu ponto de vista foi o banheiro que é um espaço muito pequeno, tem que fazer quase um malabarismo pra usar. Tenho 1,73cm peso 66kg e mesmo assim tive muita dificuldade com banheiro pq o espaço é muito curto.
