The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Good location for work trips.

This is a great location for work trips, if you need access to the commercial area. The hotel however, needs a bit more renovation. I have been staying here for at least three years now and the hotel is upgrading. For example, all of the lights I found are now LED. Great for conserving energy and keeping the amount of heat produce down. In addition, this isn't a place to walk around after dark

Bela cidade, procure outro hotel.

Primeiramente nos pedimos um berço para o nosso filho de 1 ano. O berço estava muito alto e pedimos para ajustar a cama para que nao fosse perigoso para ele. Eles nos disseram que eles não conseguiriam ajustar o berço, nos forçando a sair, procurar por ferramentas e fazer o ajuste nós mesmos. Detalhe, o ajuste facilmente é feito com uma chave "L" comum. Segundamente, o quarto estava sujo, a roupa de cama era pequeno demais, mal cobrindo o colchão, e para o nosso horror quando acordamos e os lençóis estavam fora do lugar, foi revelado que o colchão estava cheio de manchas, que nós dormimos encima sem saber. No quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e encontramos uma barata, o mecanismo de lugar o chuveiro estava quebrado e a pia estava entupida. A sala de jantar parecida que fazia parte de uma prisão e a seleção de comidas do café da manha não eram variadas, o nosso cartão chave do quarto perdia a magnetização a todo momento e por fim quando pedimos toalhas limpas, a primeira resposta que recebemos foi "não temos". Não recomendo.

Good location, but needs work

The hotel is in a rough neighborhood, so walking around the hotel was out. You had to drive or get a ride to any location you wanted to visit. The check in staff was helpful, others not so much. The location is good if you are visiting Belem on business, but the hotel needs up keep. Also, the training room was a barely useable and the safe in the rooms are no longer maintained and functional.

Confesso que fiquei receosa devido aos comentários negativos, mas ocorreu tudo bem, o hotel está de acordo com o valor pago, os funcionários são receptivos, atenciosos e simpáticos. Os quartos limpos, porém com um cheiro de mofo, mas abríamos a janela durante o dia e quando chegávamos tinha melhorado nesse aspecto, o café da manhã bom, sem muita alteração de sabores de bolo e suco de um dia para o outro, porém isso não nos incomodou, tem pães, ovos, café, frutas... As toalhas e roupas de cama limpas.

Hotel com bom custo benefício!

Próximo dos pontos turísticos, por ser perto do centro não se deve andar a pé à noite; quarto bom e confortável; cama boa; ar gelou bem; funcionários atenciosos; café da manhã com o básico: ovos mexidos, queijo, presunto, pães, frutas, leite, café, bolos (faltou um suco natural, pois ambos os sucos eram artificiais - laranja e uva). A crítica construtiva é para a falta de um suco natural no café da manhã e por não oferecer shampoo + condicionador no banheiro.

Bom custo benefício

Tivemos um problema de mau funcionamento da e vazamento da descarga, mas fomos trocados de quarto e ficou tudo certo, o horário tel fica próximos de vários pontos turísticos, mas a noite fica muito deserto causando uma insegurança para caminhar pelas ruas.

Hotel mal conservado

Hotel mal conservado, mofo nas paredes do quarto , baratas pelo corredor e no quarto, colchão mole e deformado, toalhas velhas. A unica coisa positiva é a localização próximo da Estação da docas e da praça da República, entretanto não é recomendado sair a pé a noite pois há muitos moradores de rua e usuários de drogas na vizinhança.
