We were Very disappointed to find out at check in that the hot tub was broken. After along day of travel we look forward to the hot tub. We probably would have stayed somewhere else.

It was obvious that the Management and staff care and try to keep the facility in good shape. With the waffle maker being the main offering for breakfast, I think more than one machine would be a good idea. Overall we needed an overnight break and this hotel was comfortable and convenient to get to.

Agree to $100 hold for incidentals or no room keys
This hotel would not give me the keys to my room until I agreed to them putting a hold of $100 on my credit card for what they call incidentals. My room was pre-paid and non-refundable and I was held hostage until I accepted their ridiculous terms. The desk lady was not a pleasant person and had somewhat of an attitude.

We stayed for one night and not long after checking in I wanted to leave. Dirty floors, hair and mold in bath, stained pillows and blankets and holes in towels. Vacuuming the hallways at 9pm (not nice after 11 hours of travelling that day) and kids running the hallways all hours

It was nice clean hotel. Breakfast can be improved a bit there was no bread in breakfast. Also the pool and hot tub could have been more cleaner. Overall excellent experience.
