Excellent.

Great spot. Easy access off and on the interstate. For an interstate motel this was top notch. I have stayed in many places along this interstate and this motel is the best, hands down. Great breakfast too.

The man who checked me in, Mark or was his name Dave, was welcoming and friendly. It's in a small town and I felt very safe there traveling solo with my cat. Restaurant was next door.

Susie at the front desk went above and beyond to help us check in late at night when there was a problem with Expedia booking. Full cook to order breakfast with several options at on site restaurant was nice. Clean rooms.

Kinda nervous of outdoor access to rooms, but appeared well lit and safe parking. Very clean, loved the pillows. Pool,hot tub in seperate building that has to be acessed from across parking lot. Very friendly. Great breakfast at restraunts across parking lot included.

Customer service needs improvement: hotel cleaning staff vacuuming at 4am-5am while guests are sleeping. At around 7am house keeping starts knocking on every door just for the heck of it; stay was not enjoyable wont be back here.

Love this hotel! Extremely clean! When I walked in the door the room smelled so fresh. There was even a nice note from housekeeping. Very comfortable bed and linens. Just a walk across the parking lot to the Crazy Cow Cafe, where they offer a free, delicious breakfast. Everything was heavenly at the Paradise Best Western Inn!
