The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever asked. Most nights where quiet and relaxing. Its just a older location and very dated. You can tell it used to be a great spot that was cutting edge at one point. With a few updates this place can be brought back to glory.

Excellent breakfast, safe, quiet, easy parking, building we were in was showing signs of wear and tear, but we enjoyed it. Pool looked nice though we did not use. Would stay again! Great price. Great with kids.

Inspect your toilet seat before using!

Would have been 5 stars all the way but my GF had an accident in the bath with the toilet seat breaking and causing her to slide off the toilet and nearly hitting her head on the sink. Other than that everything is was fantastic. Beautiful room, great and friendly service. Will come and stay again. Will definitely check to condition of the toilet seat next time though.

This property is so out dated that honestly it needs to be shut down and remodeled or the name needs to be changed because it’s FAR from elegant. The staff were super sweet and accommodating but man the rooms basically look like a cheap motel room. Our room 346 had no electricity in the bathroom so that forced us to bathe in the dark. The room had dead roaches under the table stands. We did make the staff aware of the problems and they wanted to accommodate us to a new room but by the time we checked into our room it was 1 am and all we wanted to do was go to sleep already so we appreciated the attempt but declined the offer. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a new hotel along I-10, which will definitely be the case the next time. Sorry but we won’t be returning here.

Waste of Money

Hotel is very old. False ceiling are very low. You can see the paint patches everywhere. You can see touch up paint on all doors. Bathrooms are very small and not a good fit for any healthy person. On beds, hotel provides small cushions instead of regular pillows. It is hard to sleep on cushions as they are keep on slipping out from under head It was unpleasant and sleepless night. Advised not to stay.
