We got into town a little earlier than planned, around 1:30 pm. Was able to check in early. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name but she did say she normally works the night audit shift. She was awesome. Quickly checked availability and was able to get us a room even though we were checking in much earlier than planned. Location for this property is great for many food and shopping choices. Big clean rooms. Second time here and will be staying here again in the future. Keep up the great work.

First time staying at this property. Highly recommend. Fast and friendly check in. Large clean rooms. Relatively new property in a great location. Plenty of shopping and food choices close by. Also very close to the hospital if you happen to be in town for that reason. Keep up the great work. Will be staying here again.

After driving 6 hours to your hotel, your staff informed us there was no water due to a water main break. I asked when did this happen and she replied this morning YET NO ONE called us to inform us of this situation. They had all day to call us so I could have made other arrangements. I just had 2 surgeries and was excited to go to a bridal shower in Beaumont. Very disappointed in this hotel experience. No water to wash your hand after using the toilet. No water to flush a toilet. No water to take a shower to look appropriate for the bridal shower. Very upset !! Colleen and Merril Lieb
