The property when you get there and go inside is fine. The room on the otherhand was horrible . the room was literally a roach motel. There were even roaches in the bed and on the wall. Unfortunately they did not even offer to refund our money. we did not stay. we left after about 3-4 hours because we were tired of fighting roaches all over the room, including the bathroom.

True wrong made truly right !!!

So we are currently still staying here, we had planned a week, and because of management we have extended our stay, we are here for work, and no the neighborhood isn’t exactly “top notch”, but we’re not staying at the Waldorf Astoria lol, but when I tell the stay alone is worth it due to management/maintence!!! There was a situation that had happened 3rd here, one that is unnecessary to write it, but it involved police and front desk staff, none which was faulted on our behalf, BUT nonetheless, between the police and the management and head of maintence it was taken care of in a manner which was okayy, but after the fact if it all not only did management/owner contact myself on behalf of my family which was rough night, but they’ve made to here we are comfortable, we feel safe, and feel now excited to be here in Beaumont and this hotel and we just want to extend our thanks and tell people that they should not judge a book by its cover, this hotel is worth the money and when you come in to be greeted at the front desk say hey yall glad to be here and you won’t regret it !! Hope you took the time to read this,, but if your coming to stay here and enjoy their facilities and I didn’t even mention the Breakfast buffet, it’s only 7-9am but ITS WORTH IT!! Whether it’s biscuits and sausage gravy, it’s bacon and western omelets !!! Juiced muffins cereals ,,,all around GREAT!! Make sure you tell the ladies thanks you also they like the smiles!!!!! anywho come join us at the CLEAN POOL!
