Not best service, but comfortable beds.
Room was so so in cleanliness. Housekeeping never came in our whole stay. No extra toilet paper, we ran out. Trying to get some one to front desk was terrible. When i did they were not the friendliest. (Except for our check in host when we arrived, she was great). The only thing that was great was the location and ease to get to the Marine Base. The beds were comfortable.

We arrived from Georgia and upon checking in was told our reservation was cancelled. We chose the “Reserve now pay at hotel” option as we ALWAYS do and they tried to take the charges the day before. Due to the card on file being locked, the pmt couldn’t be made and the reservation was cancelled. We were lucky enough to find another hotel for a higher price. I feel if the room is to be paid at hotel, they should stick to that choice!

Mediocre at best
Stayed 3 nights and have to say that I'm not satisfied with this hotel at all. Despite advertising breakfast it only consisted of stale cereal and two bottles of milk. The lady at the front desk was completely impersonal and unfriendly. Did not receive fresh towels at all during our stay, I will not be returning to this hotel and recommend that others reevaluate before booking here.

This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in…the floors were filthy! There were stains on the sheets and a hole in the bedspread! The “provided hairdryer” was a joke. I have very short hair and it took about twenty minutes to dry! The bathroom door looked like a mouse had chewed a hole in it! I have pictures to prove all this but I won’t share them! When walking barefoot on the floor my feet were black on the bottom! There were only three small drawers to put clothes in for three people!! Ending on a positive the mini refrigerator kept things really cold!

The rooms do not match the picture. They need to clean, clean and clean behind bed. Dust dirt behind the TV visit leftover beer bottle from the previous guest bathroom moldy but not recommend.

Disgusting!
We booked the room for two nights. The room was not cleaned at all. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom was disgusting and found roaches. We arrived late so had no choice but to stay the night. The next day we talked to the person behind the desk and told them. They seemed like it wasn't a surprise. I said that I wanted to cancel the next night and explained why and she said she couldn't do anything about it, then I asked to speak or the phone number of the manager and she would not. I am still trying to get a refund for the one night. I would NOT stay there!

So gross!
The hotel was very dirty. A cockroach came out of the tissue box. I didn't know I booked a smoking room and it pure stunk like cigarette smoke. The hotel gave us some spray to use, again gross! My family left the next day and stayed some where else.
