Always great to stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional . We usually go to the restaurant later in the evening and the food is excellent and staff is always accommodating in the late hours of service .

We had to change rooms as the TV didn't work. First the reception staff tried to fix it, then the engineer had to come out and he to take the TV off the wall. He got it to work but then we had issues shortly again after. They then changed our room but we got a room we didn't originally book. The dog fee at $60 per night is also excessive. Especially as I had to go and ask reception to go clean our room because by 3pm nothing had been done. At check out, I didn't even get asked how our stay was. It wasn't all bad, but it did leave a dent in our entire experience / long weekend in Beaufort.

Brochure says self park is over 200 yards (2 football fields) Hotel is not within walking distance from downtown Beaufort so you have to use valet to visit the town.Main hotel has nice water view but the Nextdoor annex not so much. Did not use restaurant/bar but they looked over the bay with good views. Will not use the hotel again as there are better options

Terrific place to stay in Beaufort. Stylish rooms and common areas. The property isn’t large but feels like a resort. Good food at reasonable prices. The shuttle into town was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

Be Aware before you stay

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk is VERY slow; and only 1 person was ahead of us to check in. Made sure to just check out by calling the front desk and getting an email receipt. Self parking for this hotel is not good. They have you walk out of the Hotel grounds and down the street to an Event Parking area where your vehicle is left in a dirt lot prime for vandalism or theft. Did not like this. There is no reason why guests couldn’t park where they park valet cars on property. It was just one night so we did it but this would defer us from staying here again.
