The girl at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name) was so fantastic. Good customer service is extremely rare these days but she was so friendly, very professional and made sure we felt valued. She was there when we got in late and again the next morning. She deserves to go far and high in the company! Our room was really spacious and super clean. Loved the stove top and large fridge.

Hotel is great but only fast food options nearby without going over the mississippi river bridge and tried that at 6 pm at night and rush hour traffic was stop and go for 2 miles to get to Baton Rogue to find a nice restaurant! So go over the bridge when its not evening or morning rush hour times!

My stay was incredible! Ms. Shannon at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable and personable! All staff members were very helpful. This properity was very clean and smelled wonderful. There was always staff inside and out doing something in keeping the properity clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and offered more amenities than I expected. I will stay again and will recommend to others.
