The worst stay ever!!!

The room was smelly and had knits as well as roaches. Customer service was horrible. We told them about the room an nothing was done. We were supposed to stay a week but left after one night.

My stay at this hotel was very nice. The staff and crew were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the mornings were good. The only thing I had a problem with was there was a little bit of trash left from the person who had the room before us. And you could tell that certain aspects of the room needed to be redon
