The room was a nice size, comfy bed with small refrigerator and microwave. No coffee in room or anywhere. If you’re looking for a room it’s good , if you’re looking for any amenities forget about it.

Breakfast was advertised...there was NO breakfast. Mattress had a sunken valley in the middle. Pool was unusable - mold/mildew/algae/yuck. Someone was trying to CARD into the room at 04:30am. NEVER again. I wish I could attach the pics I took. I should get my money back for false advertising. Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in. After getting there, it was too late to look elsewhere. It was AWFUL!

Yes, the room was clean, the floors and countertops were not filthy, the bed was okay and the sheets were clean. Yes there was a microwave and in-room minifridge. Other than that: - Lobby opposite front desk featured a chair with torn-up upholstery - No facial tissues provided - No in-room coffeemaker and no complimentary coffee in lobby - Bedside lampshades were ripped/torn/stained - The door's swing-arm security latch had been forced, ripping out the portion in the door itself - Bedside nightstand's drawer had debris including several broken cigarettes and loose tobacco - and more great stuff, but you get the idea. And just imagine - we got *all this* for $120 !!! (I wish Expedia had the option of including photos here!)

This place is disgusting. The room we were in was obviously smoked in, the bedding worn and stained, the towels, at least the few they gave you, were threadbare and stained. We spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and the paper towel came up black. Corners all had muck in them - one corner in the bathroom even had a fake fingernail in it! We had arrived when it was dark, and in the light of day, you could see trash all around the property, everything from fast food trash to socks in the bushes. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Nice and quiet inside rooms. Affordable and secure. Inside has a large area that gives you countryside outdoors, great to relax. Definitely worth staying when in the area.

The towels and sheets could be updated. They are clean but have stains and holes. Makes you feel like it’s not clean

The room was filthy with stains all over both sets of sheets on the beds. No towels and when given, they had brown stains. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and mats and our own blankets. It was that bad!!!

This hotel is old and rundown. The whole place smells like wet carpet. There was a hole in the lobby roof near the elevator. The elevator smells like burnt plastic. The room was lack luster to say the least. Very dated and creepy feeling. Not a bar of soap to even wash your hands in the bathroom. Two shampoos though… We came here for an LSU game and will definitely stay somewhere else next time.
