I ordered a double bed room because I had 4 people total. What I got was a king room with a pull out couch that had no sheets,blankets,or pillows. Some were provided after I had to go ask.

This hotel does not respect reserved rooms, even if you pay for them in advance. I was reduced to a queen room with a sofa bed instead of a king, and was offered no refund, perks, or anything. This has happened at other Springhills in the past. The room that was provided for me was not fully stocked, had a faulty AC unit (cooled by 2° over 4 hours), and the door did not latch properly unless I pulled/pushed on it. This hotel is noisy, and the halls were echoing until after 10:30pm.

It was all good. I was traveling alone, so it was important that I had a place to leave my car and a shuttle-on time-to take me to the airport and pick me up when I returned, and that everything was clean and safe. This is the worst Marriot I’ve ever stayed in. Roaches, stains on pillows and sheets, extremely out dated and even broken amenities. This place is the pits. On top of all that, the cops come and park a police car in front of the hotel each night and leave it there to give a perception that there is police presence. I’m not sure how this hotel has such a high rating, but I’d recommend staying a way. Keep in mind, the prison is less than a mile away.
