Booked an accessible room and upon arrival they had no room but a walk-in shower with a handrail. No handrails around the toilet. They wouldn't give us another room even though this one was unusable for my handicapped wife. They would not refund the charge and were rude and unconcerned bout our issue. Wound up at LaQuinta and they were awesome. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS

The room I booked vs the room I received was two different things! The room was extremely hot all weekend due to a faulty ac system! The pool was a disaster! The landscape crew cut the grass near my brand new truck and blew all the grass clippings all over my vehicle!

Baton Rouge monthly visitor

Accommodating to a 2 day trip. Pleasant from desk experience, the room was comfy and clean. Low to none noise level, great location across from the mall and near several food choices and right off the interstate. I frequent Baton Rouge very often and this was the first time the pricing was good for me to stay

The pictures were not what I walked into, to say this place is on the good side of Baton Rouge the room was horrible very old and room smelt of pee. The toilet overflown and the maintenance guy did come to fix it but the room had toilet water everywhere and there wasn’t any cleaning services to clean the room or move us to another one. Lastly, the bathroom is very tiny I felt claustrophobic inside the shower with the ceiling nearly touching my head.

Breakfast was the only good thing about this stay

My room was outdated. Tv looked like the 1st flat-screens that came. Bathroom was super small, has to stand in corner by commode to close door. When I sat on pull-out couch, I thought I was going to the floor. The only thing good about this experience was the breakfast....awesome. But unfortunately, if i ever have to stay in Baton Rouge it will mot be at this hotel.
