Take this one way or the other but, there was a very strong fabuloso and bleach spell throughout the room in the hallway which can mean they either cleaned right before you got there or they overload with the sense to hide the lack of cleaning.. run steam clean for the most part hotel seem pretty clean for the most part just you will smell the cleaning supply when you get in the room..

The staff was excellent. Monique at the front desk was the best. The restaurant was excellent. I cant remember the chefs name, but he had locks in his hair, he is an excellent cook. You would be lost without those two staff members. I will stay there every time I'm in the area.

First let me start by saying; a homeless drug addict was asleep on the sofa in the lobby when I arrived to the hotel to check in. She had trash around her and a back pack. I have pictures! Secondly the desk attendant was in a room Sleep. I’m in the lobby shouting and screaming to the top of my lungs for 25 mins. He finally comes out with red eyes. Hotel is dirty, just don’t book.

I regret to say that I would not consider staying here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone I know. Despite assurances from housekeeping, the bed linens were never changed during my stay. I had to repeatedly request towels, as none were provided in the room. I was informed that towels were being washed due to limited access, which was an inconvenience. Additionally, I had to go to the front desk to obtain toilet paper. The hallways, rooms, and elevators could benefit from the use of air fresheners to improve the overall atmosphere. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance future guest experiences.

Just ok

It was an ok stay. The bathroom shower drain had an issue with draining properly. I asked them to address it and they never did. The bedroom is dark, there were only 3 small lamps and the hallway light that didn't give off much light. There was an odor throughout the hotel, not sure if it was humidity but it wasn't pleasant. We wouldn't stay here again, but it served it's purpose.
