This hotel was just ok overall. The breakfast experience was terrible. We waited 10 minutes to get clean plates. When no one came to help us, we had to get the person working the front desk to help us. When we finally got clean plates, there was basically nothing left on the breakfast buffet. Worst breakfast experience we've ever had. The property itself was ok. It needs some deep cleaning in a few areas. Also, the hot tub worked once but then never again for us the entire trip.

Fantastic property, and the staff is magnificent!! I love the breakfast and the happy hour!! This is my favorite hotel when I visit Baton Rouge. Jennifer was wonderful and very compassionate towards me when I went for my birthday! The rooms are spacious and clean!! The location is great!

This property was ok. The overall property was clean but when we got to our room, the toilet was dirty on the bottom. This is why I gave it only 3 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, the staff was terrific, and we loved the breakfast. The fitness center and pool was awesome as well.
