ROACHES! This was my anniversary get away! It was trashy outside junk broke down vehicles out my door the neighbors to me I think live there with their kids and they order pizza thew empty boxes out the door dirty towels out the door. The ceiling above the shower was coming apart

Bargain Price - 2 star w/ Potential
Bargain Price, Nice Pool, Convenient Location, Several great restaurant options nearby. Beds were clean, pillows were flat. Walls & floors needed more housekeeping attention. A bit of riff-raff keeping extremely late hours on the fringe…if ya know what I mean. But nobody bothered us. Reminder: They no longer offer free breakfast. Personally, I think if they’d clean the giant tissue paper “spit balls” off the wall above the door (room107), evict the baby roaches, paint lighter colors over the dark grey & blue walls as well as offer coffee & breakfast options in the tiny lobby, they could raise the price just enough to encourage a more family oriented clientele.

We drove into the parking lot and immediately knew this was not the place for us . We saw a lady shooting up in the parking lot . She had a needle sticking out of her arm. A couple sitting in there vehicle you could tell was high on something. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst hotel Experience in my lifetime
At check in desk the Lady is very Rude & unprofessional. Very disappointed… I’ve never seen anything like this Both Rooms were Dirty Beer , Beer BoxEs 📦, Beer spilt all of the room , The whole room was HUGE NASTY MESS , USED condoms on the Floor , Every stair case had Needles or drugs it’s so SCARY, Mind you I have 2 daughters With me , I GET them safely back to the check-in desk to let her know I would not be staying there. She got very rude. I calledthe hotel.com. I told him I was scared for my life. They literally did nothing except basically make me be on the side of the road with two children after I’ve already been mistreated and a very nasty hotel for life they tell me that they cannot credit my room back for four days telling me I’m out here with two girls. Can I get my money or Another room very Terrible Experience while standing in the lobby, people are coming in at one point this one man was banging on the window so hard screaming he had been asking for towels for three days, Drugies Everywhere! NOT AT ALL WHAT SHE HAS THE PHOTOS ON ALL FALSE IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY OF THOSE PICTURES, very sketchy!! Full Hotel NO STAFF just her she was trying work the front with people, phone , rooms all over the place very clear she doesn’t want other knowing what he scam Goin through there Daily ..

We were staying in town for a baseball tournament. Front desk attendant had a rude disposition. The beds were not very comfortable. The room was clean enough, but not how I would have liked it. Some of the other guests were creepy and loud at night. Not very comfortable or happy with this stay, but it could have been worse.

Upon checking in, a sign was posted that they no longer served breakfast which was not mentioned on the advertisement. With no elevator to be found, we hiked our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Adults & children were hanging out on the walkway as if they were "chillin on the stoop"- did not make me feel comfortable at all. We walked in to our NONSMOKING room to smell the strong odor of cigarette smoke-I'm allergic!! With one step into the door, a roach runs across the floor in front of my foot. I'm freaking out abt the roach, and my son is screaming that he is more worried about the wasp flying around the room. Bed coverings had unknown spots &stains. The bathroom floor had dried spots of only God knows what in front of the toilet, &omg the shower! My son, who really could care less, said the shower &curtain were so gross he refused to take a shower. It was nasty! Approx 30 mins in the room, we smell WEED! Upon checking out, the lobby door was locked down like Fort Knox which reaffirmed my fear of this area being unsafe. I knocked on the glass, but I saw no one near the office counter. I knocked harder, & I saw a woman who had been curled up on the lobby sofa/chair sound asleep that had jumped up from me knocking. She didn't even ask me about my stay or if I needed anything. All in all, this was among the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will make a point to NEVER rent from America's Best ever again! I left with inflamed sinuses from the smoke in my nonsmoking room.

The nice lady at the front desk told me about a great sea food restaurant next door. Unfortunately someone was arrested on the property for discharging a weapon. Domestic dispute.

Rooms large and clean. Showers were excellent. Bedding was a tad soft for my liking and the room could use a comfortable chair because you have so much dead space in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Dated hotel. Smelled like marijuana outside and cigarettes in the room. The smoke alarm was going nuts, but staff was attentive to that. I am pretty sure the description said breakfast, but you get to lobby and it says they don’t offer any longer. You get what you pay for I guess. Nicer hotels in area but like $30-$50 more per night.

When i had pulled up in my truck i had seen urine stained sheets hanging from the gaird rails of the second floor and there was a garbage bag leaking onto the first floor the rooms were dirty and there was rat feces on the floor around the bed and a white stain on the bed sheet and the remote for the tv did not have a cover on the back and they claim to have a iron and board i seen the board but not the iron and in the room next to me was banging on the wall the hair dryer had been clogged with dust and hair furniture was beaten up broken and scratched up the walls were chiped and the fire escape plan paper next to the door was torn off and the price of the hotel rooms is charging you for a 4 star room for a 1 star room i will never be using this company again

Although I've stayed at this hotel many times, room 117 had too many roaches. A roach fell off the headboard onto my pillow. I was livid. Other than the issues with this particular room that I never stayed in before. My other rooms that I've rented were perfect.
