We had constant trouble using our card keys in the doors. It was very inconvenient. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Ample parking was a plus.

Location was good. There’s no elevator so if you have heavy luggage ask for a room on the main floor. Quiet, we were located at the far end of the hotel block. Room was comfortable but some of the lights needed replacing as they were a bit dull. The bed was firm and fairly comfortable. The shower could use some safety rails or grab bars. Breakfast was the typical fare, waffle maker, eggs, sausages. Not great but filling and included!

The room was spacious, and seemed nice at first glance, but one of the beds has a broken box spring, the back wall of the shower hasn't been cleaned completely and has dirty grouting, the microwave was covered in splattered and melted pizza, and I just picked up and discarded a hairball.

Very friendly staff, clean room but the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work well. We got locked out of our room because the key card wouldn’t work and the staff could not get a new card to work. Obviously there was a malfunction with the lock and when she tried to contact maintenance there was no reply. She was great! Finally found a master key and we were able to get our luggage out and she gave us a new room

Half of privacy curtain, and other half torn. Changed rooms. Side door to outside would not lock - didn't need card to open. No elevator. One ice machine for entire hotel.
