Great Stay well located

This hotel has been refurbished so feels chic & shiny new. Comfort levels are high. Good decor & room facilities. Staff pleasant & helpful. Car park close by but v expensive (left car at less expensive one overnight). The location was ideal for my sons graduation at the Abbey

Location really good and easy. Lots of stairs in property and cellar rooms require you being outside. Breakfast facilities a bit overwhelmed and seating cramped but food options good. For the price I was expecting spectacular and I got good.

Lovely, old hotel. Great location. Need to use stairs in some parts of hotel. There’s construction going on around the hotel. Staff were friendly, extremely accommodating and changed our room because of the noise. Decorated very nicely for Christmas!

Perfect location for a weekend in Bath

Perfect location for our stay in Bath. Quick check in & friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast too. The room was comfortable & spacious with a very handy free mini bar.

Good, weird check in

Room was very comfortable. No complaints. Weird process at check in where the rooms were clearly ready before 3 but they wouldn’t let us in, this ‘lie’ stumbled into a few more lies to cover it up.
