Great location, near rail station and centre of town. Quirky hotel, unusual furnishings and decor but very tasteful. Room a little small but super bathroom, all needs catered for.

Lovely room and decor! Unfortunately a cup fell on the floor into a corner and when I picked it up it was covered in thick black hair (I am not black haired). So although the centre and the main area of the room was clean and corners were not. Lovely location, I left super early and just got a "thanks" as I checked out. It would have been nice to have had more integrative chats with the staff and maybe even a question like "how is your room?" "How was your stay?".

My only regret was not staying longer at this hotel. Not only is the interior design and artwork impeccable but the staff are extraordinary. A gentleman escorted me to my room and explained the history of the building along with all the amenities (nespresso machine, free beverages, cookies, etc.) To me this boutique hotel embodies Bath and is just such a lovely experience. The pricing is so reasonable and walkable to the shops, Roman Baths, parks, etc. I wanted for nothing. Definitely will be back as I love this hotel at the same level as my love for Bath!

Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very comfortable, from the quality of sheets to the scent of soap, all of the little things were very well done. Hotel Indigo was close to everything we wanted to do and we had a wonderful time.

The room we were ‘upgraded’ to was in a lower level in the hotel, with glass doors as opposed to windows. Difficult to remain private and have daylight in the room. Noisy in the outside corridor. Would not recommend and had we have been there another night we would have asked to change rooms

Lovely staff , attention to detail needed in the room, loose beading around sanitary ware in bathroom, three light bulbs on ceiling lights not working some stain splatters on feature wall by the headboard. General wear and tear which can be fixed easily but this didn’t take away from the stay.
