Great hotel, perfect location, with very decent breakfast included. Staff were brilliant but aircon used to heat the room in winter was an issue for us … it worked but the direction of it blew both hot and cold air over the bed so caused a draught which could not be altered . Staff tried their best

Had a great stay. The reception and staff were all lovely. There was only one lady behind reception who I felt was rude. Didn’t get her name unfortunately but really put a downer on the whole check in as the young man who was helping us was so so lovely, went out of his way to help.
