Ease of check-in/check-out. Some of the staff can communicate in basic English. The room was unhygienic from the roaches appearing in random places. Window handle was broken so couldn't get fresh air. Either had to on the aircon or go out for a walk for fresh air.

Nothing that i like and there's no unique at all. Hotel room are not welcoming, no coffee packet offer. No towel, no floor mat and no slipper available. Unwanted guest in the room: cockroach and mosquitos
