The Koi is a decent hotel to stay. Staff are friendly, and the pool area is beautiful. We were there for 5 nights and our room was never replenished for coffee, water, or soap. The mugs in the room were only rinsed and put back. The hotel is waterfront, but there is a barrier and it is not accessible. They do have a shuttle to another beach, but since we had a car we just drove around ourselves. There is not much within walking distance.

This is not a resort. It is a hotel that should not be in the Curio Colletion of Hilton. Without the ocean view, this hotel in marginal at best. The only saving grace is the staff.

This is a beautiful hotel. The view from my room was stunning. The food though, wasnt authentic tasting. Far too expensive. The shuttle should offer more places to travel considering the price to stay.

Hotel is not a luxury resort as promoted. Very disappointed. Feels like a scam. Suite room was spacious but had no class or speciality features - it felt like a condo from which the owner left behind simply furnishings they didn't want to take to new home. Bitty ants in sink and around coffee items. No microwave oven. Sink faucets not wiped - water spotted. Main sliding door to patio was jammed in partially closed position. View of ocean from bedroom was blocked by external palm tree fronds. Voices in adjoining room could be heard when sitting in living room. Bar items and food very limited. Denied simple mixed cocktail because it wasn't on menu list. Local staff was friendly. No interest in returning or making favorable summary.

Check in was very, very slow! After 2 plus hours expecting room to cool down fro 80+ degrees, called. Someone arrived and confirmed issue. Immediately assigned upgraded room - already cool, top floor, better view, more space! Only complaint chech-in Do not belief it was receptionist but the process

Had an amazing time at Koi! The food was great, the staff was amazing and the views were breathtaking. I look forward to my next visit to St. Kitts & Nevis and stay at the Koi. I especially would love to thank Kandy and Keanu for their hardwork, great hospitality, and warm smiles.
