I booked this hotel last minute cause our train was late so we missed our connecting train! The staff wasn’t there at first but in their defense it was almost midnight and the kitchen crew was around and very helpful! They helped me out and it all worked out! The room was free at! A little small but it was still extremely clean and comfortable for two adults! I would definitely book with them again.

Hotel located in one of the busy thoroughfares of Basel. Lots of options to dine out but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was included but not too many options. Room was small but sufficient for a single person. As it’s right next to a busy street, can get noisy very early in the morning. Overall a very decent place.

I visited Basel for a day . The room is good for a quick stay , no TV , Bath Tub , shampoo etc , just the basics , I think it is expensive for the service provided . However the staff the person who helped with with our initial registration was great and very helpful , lots of pubs and restaurants around , good transport connectivity .

The hotel is in an excellent location for those who want to stay in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helped in every way possible. The single room is very small, but should be enough for a solo traveler.

Good central Location
Found all staff extremely friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. But they have work being carried out on the exterior and they are courteous about working times. But my window was boarded up, so no natural light, in the US they could not offer this room for H&S reasons, paying €300 a night without a discount was poor service from management.
