Nice spot, very clean. Good location downtown. Parking is a major issue, as they only have limited spots on-site, overflow is two blocks away so you need to carry your own luggage to check-in

Perfect

Close enough to Rama and in a really nice part of Orillia. Clean and modern rooms with a good breakfast aswell. Would stay again for sure. Little light on parking on sight but we were lucky enough to snag a spot in the lot and not have to park at the overflow a block away.

Very goid service. Clean rooms. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Nice selection for breakfast. The only thing was the washroom floor by the sink got pretty cold.

The only complaint I had was the limited parking. They did have an overflow parking but was a block and a bit away. With all your luggage it made for an inconvenient pickup and drop-off. The rooms are small but intimate and comfortable. For an overnight stay, it was perfect
