The room was very nice and clean. Its was a quiet evening which was great. We liked that there was a scrambled egg alternative to a the breakfast. Would definitely return.

Parking.

Hotel is amazing, but, parking is not. Keep in mind it is winter, and there was a ton of snow blocking parking spaces.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. No hot water for morning shower. Very small and see through towels. Unfortunate water ceiling leak in lobby Not enough parking Being a single woman I wasn’t going to park in the parking lot next door at night.

Parking lot was not plowed properly and walkways not shovelled or salted therefore everything froze that way overnight. Smoke detectors beeping, no hot water due to a pipe break which we were not informed at check in. Debris from pipe break was left on 2nd floor corridor entire time of stay. Water damage in room from previous water damage. There appears to be no concept of service, maintenance or safety precautions.

Desk people were not very friendly. The roof was leaking in the lobby so the appearance wasn't very nice. Water and pieces from the ceiling all over the floor. Room overall was nice and clean.

Very nice property if a little “tired”. Staff excellent and the breakfast buffet excellent. All in all great. Bed was very comfortable and clean. We will stay there again.

Great hotel.

We stayed there for a show in Casino Rama, which is 15 minutes away driving. There used to be a shuttle service from the hotel to Casino Rama, but not anymore. Overall, it's a good hotel, the staffs are friendly, the room is spacious, clean, close to Foodland.
