Friendly staff, offered assistance carrying luggage to my room on the 3rd floor since the elevator is not in service. Beautiful spacious room however the fireplace is not functional. Mentioned to the front desk in training employee. Honestly with all the malfunctions/not working/closed some compensation would be a nice gesture.

Nothing really. I am honestly going to mention the one thing that comes to mind and its not even a thing. If you arrive on lets say a wkd and theres an event or something, parking is full. Anyways... Big shout out to Mary and Heather at the front desk. Hospitality comes naturally to them and simply put, wonderful humans. Also, i didnt forget about my men in black. Keep it real and have fun, your doing a great job. Cleaning staff i didnt meet but no complaints about the rooms so thank you.
