Even though it was an older motel, it was kept clean and updated. Friendly staff as well. Only minor problem was that I had trouble getting the tv to work, but when I went to the office, he immediately came to my room and figured it out for me. Nice and clean and quiet!

My second stay in Kings Inn Midland. Clean room and bathroom. Safe neighborhood. Close to Awenda Provincial Park and other Georgian Bay parks. There are two things that could be improved. I wish we were given 2 pillows per person. We got just one pillow per person. Also there were streaks of light coming through window as blinds were not covering the entire window. Otherwise all good. Price lower than other motels.

We stayed for one night .. room was clean .. enjoyed the picnic area where we ate our supper . Beds were firm and not to my liking but others were very happy with it . We Would stay again

While the rooms are small, we were very pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and impressive sound-proofing - best quiet sleep we've had in days! The only con was the bath plug missing.

Clean room and bathroom at reasonable price in qiuet area. Lots of nice conservation areas around. Awenda and Six Mile Lake Provincial Parks not far away. Easy check in and check out. What could be improved are pillows and lights. Pillows could have been softer. The light above mirror and sink was a little bit too bright.
