I checked in at 3:30pm. Then went to get some food for myself and my daughter. We got back to the hotel about 4:20. When we got into the room with our food we tried to turn on the tv to which it didn’t work. I called the front desk and they told me maintenance would be there shortly. I didn’t hear anything again for about 45 minutes so I messaged the front desk from my phone this time asking if they had an eta because I just wanted to have a shower and didn’t want to leave my daughter in the room alone with someone fixing the tv. Nobody answered. I called again to the front desk after it had been a little over an hour. The man I spoke with said he would see me shortly and apologized. I waited for another hour. I called the front desk again to which they didn’t answer the phone but messaged my cell phone instead saying they’re trying to fix it. But at this point I had asked for an eta twice and just had been told that someone was coming (first maintenance and second was the front desk guy.)
I messaged them again telling them how I was beginning to be frustrated had they not told me someone was coming would have been better than false hope of someone coming to fix the tv.
I waited another half an hour before someone finally came with a new tv.
The entire sight was booked with some kind of sports tournament so it was extremely noisy with kids running around in the hallway. And when I came out of the room around 12:30 the halls were littered with garbage, candy, nuts and socks
