This hotel is amazing! The pool area was a wondering spot to unwind! The only thing I did not care for is the front desk required to take photocopies of our passports including our minor kids.

Hotel is in a great location close to tons of restaurants shops and entertainment … all walking distance, Stayed here for my cousins wedding….. how ever missed 1/2 of the ceremony due to my room not having ac in such of hot weather, had to swap rooms because I was placed in one with out a working ac, staff was not really helpful and sympathetic, next day I was approached by a manager to provide a courtesy lunch due to the issue. I had stayed in different hotels in Barranquilla and by far this one was the most expensive one with poor service, definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t stay here again.

Great hotel! Close to malls and restaurants.
We had a great experience in the Crown Plaza hotel. Service was great. The room was clean, modern and bathroom really spacious. My kids loved the rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with all the variety of fruit and colombian typical foods. Easy walk to the mall and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

We have a great time, and we are coming back to this hotel. The only complaint it was the noise at night from ball room.(low music)
