Visible black mold throughout the shower. The room felt very dirty overall. Sharing a thermostat with neighboring rooms was crazy and made for a very uncomfortable stay. Staff was friendly and nice, good location

I liked the spacious room. Had a coffee room. It supplied us with nespresso machine with pods. Bottled water and fridge. Large washroom and very clean. The only issue I had was the lock on the door. It’s not a deadbolt. It has an entry lock and anyone can easily pry the lock and enter. Even though it seemed safe there , it would have me feel a little more secure if it had a dead bolt and safety lock on the door. Camille (front desk) was very pleasant and very helpful. Showing spots to eat and sightsee.

Communication was excellent. They had someone open up after hours to get us checked in, since our flights got canceled. The apartment was clean,quiet, and conveniently located. The staff at the hotel especially Camille was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located by major streets and metro stops. It is very easy to get to Casa Batllo and a slightly farther walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Lots of eating options, cafes, and a grocery store near the hotel. Can also easily take the bus to Park Guell.

What a find!!

My daughter and I loved the Violeta. The entrance is eccentric- it feels like you are stepping into an early 20th century office building. Our room was large and quiet with a sweet balcony, the bed was comfortable, and the Eixample location just next to El Born and The Gothic Quarter- couldn’t have been better.
