Staff excellent 👏. Good rooms with good facilities. Food very good. However, menu options for dinner limited if you are staying for a week. I left early and asked for a takeaway breakfast. This was very poor with no choices compared to the breakfast which is excellent. They could easily have improved the takeaway with a nice cake and a larger sandwich. They can have a list of items and we select items. Poor value as I paid for a full breakfast and got a small ration.

This was a short stay for us, we needed a room close to the airport for our rental car return and early morning flight. Hotel is modern and spacious, staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and the proximity to the airport was convenient. The room was a little strange with 2 double beds pushed together to make a king and the comforter doubled as the sheet. The shower had a vent in it that you could hear music playing from which was all little creepy. It served its purpose for an early flight with a shuttle to the airport but was nothing special.

Staff clearly struggled with an overly complex checkin system. The rooms light switches proved to be unecessarily complex, inconvenient as was the ridiculous (scalding danger) shower faucets. Also at the restaurant the wait person also struggled with a complex tablet system. Took him forever to complete. Food was excellent.Finding the shuttle van at the airport proved impossible for me. So they have some design, convenience, smoothness issues built into their nice hotel, if resolved would be a superior hotel with a great location. They also have a confusing branding name problem also confusing. Not well thought out.

The hotel staff is awesome, all were very helpful. The room was clean, lovely and well stocked. There is a nice large shared space to work or socialize. It was very easy to get to the airport on their free shuttle. It is in a more commercial area so it is not walkable to city center but it is close to metro for quick access.

Service is poor. They refuse to store luggage for you even though it says they offer this service on the website. Very inefficient check-in / check out staff. They claimed they forgot to run the credit card for local taxes at check-in even though we gave them the card when asked, and had to run it a second time at checkout, causing us to almost miss the airport shuttle. Then the shuttle driver was rude to us for “being late”. Very disrespectful to guests. Bedding was sweaty—very damp for some reason. Our other Barcelona hotel was much better, even the though ratings were similar.
