The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Close to metro and buses. 5 min walk from Nou camp. Breakfast was better than average. The hotel restaurant and bar is extremely good and they have a big screen to watch the games. One night the AC did not work. Management did not tell before hand that AC system is down. I had to speak with them and change my room as the first room’s fan was also not working. One night was inconvenient. My travel company, hotels.com contacted the hotel management but hotel did not reduce charge for first night. Hotels.com game me $100 one cash for that night. Rest 2 night AC worked. Overall 3.8 stars out of 5

The room was very hot and we were told the AC was turned off and we should use the fan which was noisy so we were than told to open the windows which we did but the room filled with smoke from the smoking area underneath our window wasn't a good experience

My husband and I had the most amazing time at this hotel. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The room was big and spacious and has got all the amenities you could ask for. I am a very detailed person and I love that they paid attention to the very little details. From the warm, friendly and helpful staff to the aesthetics of the hotel to the breakfast buffet, the lovely food in the restaurant, the spa and swimming pool, everything screams class and elegance. I can’t sing their praises enough. The hotel is also very strategically located - very close to local shops, bus stations and a trekable distance to Camp Nou. It’s about 20-min drive to the airport which is not bad at all. Special shout out to the front desk staff especially the lovely Elena and Evelyn who were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again! We have also recommended to all our friends who plan to visit Barcelona in the nearest further. A big thank you to the entire staff and management. Keep up the good work and don’t lower your standards please.

Too expensive for what we got rooms are old and dated and not super clean. The dpa 90 pool area was nice however should be included with your room stsy not another 19 euro each. Having to pay hotel tax as well us a rip off. Hotel called a taxi and it cost 9 euro to start he trip so 40 euro to go to the airport rio off

This is a big, modern property situated very close to the Nou Camp, which is currently being rebuilt. The rooms are well-furnished and modern, but a little old fashioned. The restaurant has a limited menu but there are many eateries withing easy walking. Nice spa. Good value for money if you don´t need to be in the city centre.

Hotel was very nice but the service was not great. I had requested early check in from 10am. I got to the hotel around 1pm to check in and was told to wait as my room was not ready. I waited until 2:30pm when they finally let me into my room. We were told to stay in the reception area with 2 children for 1 hour and a half waiting. After checking in and spending the night, breakfast was lovely. We went to check out of the hotel and were charged for using their swimming pool. This was not stated anywhere at the hotel that there was a charge to use the facilities. I was charged 63 euros for an hour swim. This was ridiculous and I was not impressed.

Staff was kind breakfest was eniugh but no fresh vegetables were included. We paid for a 4 stars hotel because of SPA. But the spa has not included the room fee. If we would like to use the SPA we had to pay extra 17 Eur 90 minutes.
