We booked hotel for 3 nights, first night we were given a room on 5th floor which had mold odour. The receptionist changed it to a twin room when we notified them. Then we got a room on 6th floor for 2nd and 3rd night. Otherwise property is good. You pay extra for parking, and breakfast. There was one front desk agent who charged us extra and wasn’t willing to help. Very rude. Then majority of our stay we were assisted by Laura who is a gem.

Only downside was to be told swimming pool was closed yet saw some people getting in. Summer season may be finished but 26 degrees is too hot to not use that facility. Views from roof top are amazing, and variety in breakfast is almost excellent (missed some more juice options). We'll definitely book again. Room was spotless, although tea tray wasn't replenished during our stay (not that was an issue but just to be careful when looking for that excellence). Staff very attentive, probably deserve a pay rise.

Our stay at SB Glow was wonderful. We were there for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave great recommendations for local food and shopping. The hotel is located very close to a metro station, a hop on hop off bus and public bus. It was also within a quarter mile of a beautiful mall with a supermarket and lots of quick food choices. We would absolutely choose this hotel

The hotel was nice and fairly modern, but also noisy and out of the way, a lot of construction in the area with the tram system. We also didn’t like the small bathroom area directly connected to the room.

This hotel grows on you. First impressions are that the rooms are pretty basic, no luxuries ( altho there were some nice complementary smellies) but we slept well, a/c was good, blackout blinds, helped, as did loads of alcohol. I guess there are three things you should know about: 1, the corridor can be noisy when people close the bedroom doors 2, the bathroom is not properly separated from the bedroom so you can hear people in the toilet 3, the tea / coffee making in room is basic BUT Amazing rooftop pool area, good bar, inexpensive, amazing views. Great breakfast, and very friendly staff. Overall: Great for a fun weekend, amazing pool, breakfast but not luxurious

The room was excellent lobby and restaurant looked okay, if not a little small. Next to the Glories Tower which was stunning. Pool deck was fine, a little small, a little too hot with not much shade, but the bar area was shaded. Room service was good. Front desk people very nice and helpful. Easy to get a cab outside, just seems far from other interesting things to do and no restaurants close by. So, you kind of have to rely on the hotel for food if you don't want to go out searching for something nearby. Took twenty to twenty five minutes to walk to the beach, which we regretted lol. Should have cabbed it. Overall a great place, just a tad isolated for our taste. Airline employees were just checking out when we arrived, so since it was good enough for them, we were happy to stay there. LOVED the view of the tower, still can't get over it, hahaha.

There was mould allll over the ceiling and the room smelt damp the air con was leaking water and the room was so dirty, for the price you pay just for 4 nights it was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
