Convenient but Uncomfortable
The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The biggest issue we had with the hotel was the quality of the beds and pillows. Both were hard and uncomfortable. There were no frills to the hotel, so the lack of comfort lessened the value for us. It’s conveniently located close to a train station and a mall with a grocery store. The area felt very safe, even at night, and was a short taxi ride from the airport and cruise terminal.

The hotel itself is very nice. They put me on the 22nd floor and the view was great. We parked in their garage and no one told us about the cheaper parking price until the machine broke. So don’t pay at the machine!! Pay at the front desk. They have ice at the bar and that was nice, but it is far away from everything. So if you don’t have a car, and want to be near everything, this is not the spot. But if you have a car and want a nice hotel, this place is good.

The hotel was beautiful and unique. The room was clean and had everything we could need. Staff were helpful and friendly. It is far from major attractions but easy enough to get at 15-20€ cab ride to the action. The only draw back was the AC took a long time to cool the room and the layout of the “closet” area was tucked behind the TV which I knocked in to more than once. Overall a great stay!
