The double room ocean veiw we reserved was terrible. They show a window or balcony in description but the offered no balcony. Only got a room that windows are shutdown and don't open. They have shut them down intentionally, so if you want to open them you must pay extra. So no sea breeze, only smelly rooms. The aircondion does not work. They set it at 19 C but you cannot change it. Therefore you get cold to shut it down. Can't adust temp or fan. Sneaky way to make customers not use AC. They don't clean the room daily even if you leave the room at 8 am and leave sign to please make up my room. When i confronted them they said they have many rooms and they don't have time to clean everyroom. So i called management and the sent some to clean my room at 5 pm. Room has no napkins, no coffee maker, no kettle to make coffee or tea. Very small bathroom you barely fit in it and shower and bathroom are separated small rooms. Lights is terrible. This is the last time i would take a non American brand hotel. These moms and pops hotel are out to rip off customers and companies who sent their employees for meetings. By the way my room was very pricey about 300 usd per night. Figure it out before you reserve with this outfit.

Wonderful stay

The room was immaculate, really good size and the lighting was amazing! We had a view of the sea from our window which was lovely. I would stay here again and I would recommend to anyone else to stay there too. Location was ideal only an hours walk from the main points but 5 minutes from the metro! Lovely shopping centre with lots of restaurants next door too which was perfect for evening food and drinks. The air on in our room however wouldn’t go to cool was only on hot!

We recently stayed at the Barcelona Princess, check in was quick even though we had a late arrival. Check in staff very helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean and important for us quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay there again, but also recommend it. Public transport was easily accessible. Loved our stay

Love my stay it was my birthday - on my arrival they offfered welcome drink & birthday desert cake ! Lovely stay - room was abit cold didn’t know how to figure out air con temp & there wasn’t any kitchen in the room for hot warm water to drink - they was going to charge €4 for hot water ??? Anyways the staff was helpful & friendly when I do speak to them

great hotel - really warm welcome, very clean and tidy all round. Good bar with a bit of atmosphere, convenient location and good value. My only constructive feedback would be to lose the comedy ironing boards ! 🙂 tiny little ironing boards that action man would struggle to fit his jumper on.... other than that, had a lovely stay, thank you.
