Would stay in again!
Nice hotel. Room was nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice. Robes + slippers + towels were very rough and not soft. Location was across the street from a museum and close to all transportation. I also wish the pool was heated during my stay.

The view, the staff, the location were great.
I would love to visit Barcelona and stay at this hotel again and again. All staff the receptions, the waiters and the cleaning staff were very nice, kind and helpful people. I had so many questions and requests, they were so polite! I felt home and What a view from rooms and clean and nice swimmingpools👌 a big shoppingmall only 10 meter away from hotel. So easy to get to the town/city and other sightseeings by metro or tram.

Five stars are not enough
Very nice hotel, clean, modern, 24/7 room service, less than a block’s walk from a huge shopping mall with great restaurant options. Full service bars on 3 different floors and a restaurant inside the hotel. A gym, a spa, and 2 small pools. Will stay again.

To feed my baby they wanted to charged me 3€ for a spoon lol. What a joke that place. When we showed up. They wanted to give us a handicapped Appartment on the 8 floor. We end up having a normal one on. The 6 Suppose to be city view. End up being a rooftop view

This is a nice hotel but needs some attention. The positives: The area, the view and breakfast (apart from the coffee) mini bar drinks The negatives: Constant maintenance noise. Safe in room not working. Broken furniture. Dirty swimming pool

I stayed at the Princess in July 2024 for a few days prior to a cruise. I was exhausted when I arrived. Recognizing my state, check in was quick and the staff covered everything with a recommendation to meet up later with the concierge for tourist recommendations. The view from my room was amazing. The staff is personable and professional.
