Excellent Customer Service

This hotel group do a lot to make you feel welcome and special. Welcome drink at check in, there are snacks available as well. We arrived a few hours before check in time, but as our room was ready, we were checked in early with no issues. The staff at reception made sure that we had everything we needed and asked if we needed recommendations for restaurants or tours. Very good experience!!

Our favorite hotel in Barcelona

Amazing experience, the staff was very nice and the rooftop view was breathtaking. They even helped us make it on time to our flight by calling a skilled taxi driver for us.

This was our first experience with the H10 group, and it won't be our last. The hotel was beautiful, our room had a striking sunrise view of the city, the breakfast was fresh and varied over our week long stay, and the rooftop deck was an unexpected bonus space. The location for sightseeing couldn't be better. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone we enountered seemed to enjoy helping the guests have a great time in this wonderful city.
