Took a bit of finding

Bit of an odd concept. No front desk. Just scan a qr code at a key box and receive your room keys. Quaint lift. Must have been nearly 100 years old. Generally good basic facilities but clean and secure. Just what was needed.

My advice to others is don’t pay for breakfast we didn’t but walked past it each morning and was poor, Air conditioner in our room leaked water onto floor whole time which was clearly ongoing issue with cracked skirting and told tall story as no more than excuse why owner wasn’t fixing issue we felt this was safety issue should someone slip

Our trip at LeMar Barcelona went amazing. The loction was a short walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining, and metro stops.

Check in was difficult. Read the information, they only have staff 4 hours a day. The instructions to get in are not well written. Their help number was ineffective. Breakfast is NOT worth the price. Maybe I should have read the information and reviews a bit better. Would NEVER stay at this place again.

Although this bills itself as a hotel, it is nothing more than several rooms, each with a bathroom. there is no reception, no staff, no one on duty. It took waiting for a few hours for someone to come and open the front door. She gave us a cryptic code but didn’t explain anything. then she was gone. The “breakfast” was out for the entire 2 days we were there…If you want a hotel, this is not for you.

Lovely boutique hotel! A bit noisy outside on the street in the night, but that’s true for most places in Barcelona! (Earplugs are your friend. 😆) We’ll definitely return if the opportunity arises!

This was a great, clean and easy place to stay in the best area in Barcelona. It was super close to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping, and an easy short walk to all the great sights. I highly recommend it. The only slight drawbacks were the noise at night on the weekends until 2am, but I think you get that basically anywhere in Barcelona, and the little downstairs lobby area wasn't too clean, with some noticeable bugs, but the room was super clean and no real complaints.

Wonderful ! We loved the residential neighborhood and its restaurants and cafe`s. Property was very safe and secure, very private from the street. The owner and manager were extremely helpful, everything we needed was provided. Rooms were very clean and quiet, the property is well sound proofed ! We will recommend a stay at LeMar to all our friends and relatives.

Location is great - services lacking.

Let's see, because of COVID and lack of employees, it was like trying to think your way out of an Escape Room just to get in the front door, the door to the hotel (and that is a very loose description of what I would consider a hotel). And then to get your actual room keys. The location is wonderful with lots of tapas restaurants in bars lining the street. But forget using the elevator, an early 20th century version complete with gate to close that barely fits one person and luggage.

Great location, not cleaned every day

The location is excellent, there are tons of bars, restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The hotel is inside a beautiful building and everything from the check-in to check out was digital. The only thing that we didn't like was that the room was looking backward and the staff didn't clean the room every day. If you would like, you could ask for new towels if you wanted.

The Forget Me Not B&B is a lovely 8 room hotel. Clean and comfortable. You feel as If you’re in your own apartment. Centrally located and walking distance to everything. The staff is fantastic and very attentive to their guest’s needs. A buffet breakfast is beautifully presented each morning from 8-10 am. Delicious meats, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruits and juices. Fresh brewed coffee to your liking. I was leaving early Saturday morning and mentioned it to Jureen, she was the best. When I returned back Friday night I found a beautiful tray of breakfast food waiting for me. The special touch gives this B&B my stamp of approval. I will stay again. This is my fourth Expedia trip in 10 months and the BEST. Viva Barcelona.
