Staff were excellent and night staff was very helpful for a medical emergency with partner. Room and bed were comfortable. Clean and functional bathroom. Main issue was accessing hotel. On arrival taxi had to drop us off a block away cause plaza was closed off. We couldn't find the hotel mainly due to lack of signage and the very small lane/street on entrance had a different name. Found the hotel after entering a store and asking for directions. Hotel only has a H as main signage. On 2 occasions using taxis they both had issues finding hotel, one even took us to another hotel with same name near the marina. There are dining options within walking distance and many attractions in walking distances.

The property was super convenient and the bed was huge and comfortable. Clean rooms and properly equipped with fridge, safe, hair dryer, large shower and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic staff and well-appointed hotel!

The staff were amazing (Mathias and day staff); traveling on my own and I relied on them for recommendations and information. One early evening I got dropped off by a cab driver 6-1/2 blocks away. My phone was almost dead. I didn’t know how to get back. I called and David, front desk person guided me back and was even outside waiting for me. The hotel also in a great location that I had not been to before in Barcelona. It was nice and pretty safe to roam the streets by myself.

The hotel is conveniently located. We appreciated being given access to our room (#311) early. Many restaurants nearby, as well as shopping. We also appreciated reception staff arranging a taxi for us to the airport, Our room was lovely and clean. Huge bed and comfortable too. It had a safe, which we appreciated. We are not sure why the cleaning lady started to enter our room while we were there. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower stall was huge, lots of hot water available and good water pressure. We only wish that the hotel had provided a pot for boiling water and some packets of coffee and tea.

Great location for exploring the older part of town, but be aware that taxis will be unable to get you close to the hotel on crowded days (and may days are crowded). Room and shower were nice, but the thermostat did not work.
