Nice property near airport but you cannot reserve shuttle space, consequently it can be a scramble to get on board. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Gym is rather small for such a large, modern hotel.

Modern, clean, friendly staff. The room AC was set at 26 Celsius and to bring the temperature down to 18 C it took about 8 hours. That caused some difficulties to conciliate our sleep. You probably can ask the staff to allow you to leave the room cooling for the day so it doesn’t take hours to reach the desire temperature.

All good except for one of the shuttle bus drivers very irritable and annoyed and driving like a crazy person. Lady on omelette’s station at breakfast very miserable too

Perfect hotel if you need to catch a flight the next day. Room is nice, small but clean. Was lucky to get my room at 9:30am. Free shuttle to the airport. Nice and friendly staff

This hotel was super convenient to the airport for our early morning flight and having a shuttle was key. The room was small for having three beds but it was adequate for our one night stay. The bathroom was wonderful with plenty of counter space. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Ink one spoke English! No wheel chairs , no tour help. Food was terrible ! I couldn’t eat it. We wanted wheel chairs and they gave us a room at the farthest side of the lobby. Worst service in 60 years of travel. Ride room service. No help for my need of medical care. Never again .
