Beautiful hotel with wonderful reception staff. Excellent free shuttle bus to and from the airport, even in the middle of the night! Great large clean room with all amenities required. Wonderful outdoor pool and well equipped gym. Lovely breakfast. The only negative I can think of is signposting to the restaurant was a little vague.

This is a very nice hotel, modern and very clean. The food at the hotel was excellent. The free airport shuttle was so appreciated! Great air conditioning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They printed out our train tickets for us! The beds were a little firmer than we liked but we slept well.

Shuttle driver so rude. We understand it’s not their responsibility to help with luggage but he blatantly didn’t help people that were struggling. Also it was so hot in the shuttle—he had AC on up at the front facing himself and everyone else so hot behind. Otherwise, hotel shouldn’t be classified as four stars. “Nice design” disguises poor quality rooms and rude staff.

From check in to check out it was a wonderful experience. Check in was easy. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and they had a great shower. Check out was easy and the shuttle got us to and from the airport in good time.

It was good for us because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. We also had a nice room with a comfortable bed, and a good breakfast. It was also easy to get a taxi to go downtown. The only criticism I have is that the hotel is a bit dark, and the shower stall in our room did not have a ledge that we could place our shampoo or soap on.

More like a 3 star hotel. Nothing around the area but industrial and commercial buildings. Room was dirty, missing a set of towels and standard in terms of size. Don’t expect a 4 star hotel. Lobby is the nicest thing you will see. Breakfast buffet is decent.
