Great Rooftop Bar
Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very nice and the staff is helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a good value and the food was very good. My only concern was the neighborhood is kind of sketchy especially at night. The party I enjoyed most was the bar and pool on the rooftop. The view was amazing!

Very well positioned to enjoy the historic heart of Barcelona, close to Drassanes metro station. Quiet, clean with a lovely rooftop view of Barcelona where you can work rest or use the plunge pool. Good on-site breakfast facilities, baggage storage and large courtyard to sit in. Highly recommend

Although the hotel was very nice and the staff was good, the area surrounding the hotel made us feel unsafe. There’s some sort of hospital or facility next to it, where a lot of homeless people visit and hang around.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my room allocation, which was mishandled both by the hotel and Expedia, despite having 8 days to resolve it. After a 7-hour flight and a 5-hour conference, I was left stranded without accommodation. To make matters worse, no one seemed willing to assist me, except for the front desk staff, who were unfortunately ineffective in resolving the issue. Interestingly, Expedia had 7day worth of correspondances with hotel and myself and reassured the room will be available, which was not the case

The staff are great, friendly and their English is far better than my extremely limited Spanish. The rooftop pool is small but refreshing on a warm afternoon and has wonderful views. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room was spacious but a lounge or lounge chairs would be better than the bench. In my Expedia check-in comment I noted a lack of tea/coffee and refrigerator in the room. Management saw my review and responded by providing tea bags and kettle/jug and a note. The note explained that cold items can be stored in a fridge at reception and that items to make hot drinks are available on request. It was great to receive a response. I would still prefer to have the fridge and tea making items in my room. The gym is small but as much as needed when traveling.
