Given the nature, Bar Harbor, most of the hotels in town will be smaller. But this one is especially well located. I was concerned that the hotel being on the main road would be noisy, but then the road barely has any traffic on it and it's mostly pedestrians walking by from shop to shop. I had one of the bungalow cabins in the back of the hotel, which was perfect off the street quiet yet easy to get in and out of to the restaurant which are within a Stonesthrow. I would stay here again for sure.

Check in was a poor experience. There was nobody at the front desk, and after calling the listed number 3 times and having it go to voicemail, someone came to check us in who was not very polite. The property is overall nice—it has an antique feel and there is very nice sitting space outside in the front lawn area.

Cute and clean property. We stayed in one of the cottages. It was cozy and quiet. The bar and yard out front are pretty busy in the evening and when there’s live music. The property is well cared for with cute landscaping and is right in the middle of the main drag. Very convenient. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful ivy covered inn and cabins.

Wonderful old style inn with antique styling of all of the furnitings. The yard and firepits for the evening were perfect additions as well as the afternoon entertainment.

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of town. Easily accessible to walk to the harbor, restaurants and shopping.Old English Tudor, draped in ivy. The room was lovely. Offstreet parking a bonus. The firepits, music and bar out front was a daily ritual. I would love to return.

Cozy comfy vibe. Greeted with smiles as soon as we checked in! Dinner recommendations were great. Fire pit with music and bar within steps of our room was amazing! Will definitely be back!!
