Great location! Walkable to everything in Bar Harbor but also away from the noise. We checked in later in the evening and Constance at the front desk called to get us into a restaurant close by for dinner. It was very much appreciated after a long day in the car. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint Inn located just a few blocks from downtown Bar Harbor. Very clean, convenient, unique. Hosts had food recommendations and lots of information about getting around on our first trip to Bar Harbor. They graciously provided snack, coffee, cider and water throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay there if we are back in Maine.

We had reservations for several months, we were place in an outdated uncomfortable room. Staff was apologetic, did not offer an updated room. We left a day early.

Our room smelled like sewer off and on and there were no rooms to move us to. All they could do was give us a deodorizer to spray which helped somewhat. They didn’t offer any discount either.

We were very disappointed that we were located across the street in a property called the Island House which was not advertised on your website. The property was very run down and in need of many repairs. Dark and very dated. Very inconvenient. We had to walk across the street to get ice. Also asked to be moved but were told that there were no available rooms until the next day. Our reservation was made four months in advance of our stay. Will not recommend this property.

This place was great. It was right downtown so we could easily walk to all parts of town that we wanted to see. The staff were really nice and its one of the few places with free parking
