Overpriced for mediocre accommodation
We were there for a funeral, not knowing there was a Luke Combs concert in town. The prices were inflated, (twice the regular price) because of the concert. The room smelled like dirty socks, and there was a large hole in the carpet. Housekeeping barged into the room, after I responded to their knock, telling them to come back later. I was in a towel, and it was a male housekeeping staff member. The breakfast buffet was lacking in healthy options. No fruit or yogurt. Not a great experience.

Except for their lack of daily cleaning of rooms (hate Hamptons policy of there three night and no cleaning, towel refresh or trash removed), the staff was helpful and friendly. Cool town and convenient to many things.

My family and I enjoyed most of the property during our stay. However, the front desk staff members seemed to have idle time. They also can be friendly and welcoming to all guests.

The AC unit turns off and on all night even when set to constant. If you are a light sleeper, bring a fan or an app on your phone.
