Service needs to improve we had a room that was carpeted which smelt and the view outside was horrible. We were looking at moldy broken air conditioners and old buildings. This is not a 5 star rating hotel

The property was in a good walking distance. There are no activities at this hotel. The sports bar is a joke. The pool is average at best. The staff speak very little English. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or sugar. No microwave or fridge. I will stay at another hotel when in Bangkok. This was not star rated properly.

Great stay at the Valia. The staff and service levels are really impressive, everyone went out of their way to make it a special stay. Only downside is the traffic noise from the street. Room and amenities are great otherwise.

The hotel was beautiful and nice room. The staff were all amazing, especially the concierge, the staff that helped with baggage and the doormen who are special and were always so helpful! It is in a good location, close to the BTS, with a lot of cafes and shopping. Shout out to Nines cafe around the corner which is an amazing coffee and bakery shop!!

We booked a family room which connected 2 rooms and they were spacious. My kids loved it so much. The shuttle bus takes you to a near by BTS station and shopping malls. It was convenient.

Highly recommend
This was one of the best hotel stays I have had. The room was quiet, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, loved the amenities, the bathroom was fabulous! and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. I don't even eat breakfast really but went every morning because of the amazing flavors and selections. Dinner is fine dining at its best too. Really amazing experience.

I recently stayed at Valia Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit and had an amazing experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Valia Hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok!

I highly recommend thia hotel. We were greeted by a nice staff and clean room. They took care of our needs. They have a nice sky pool and bar and I recommend visiting while you are there. Cant wait to stay here again.
