Only reason for higher rating was the staff were really nice. We had 2 rooms on 2 different floors and the hallways had a really bad smell due to the carpet. Our room wasn’t cleaned well and the carpet just smelled really bad. Every time you walk on the carpet the smell would intensify. It just was very smelly and almost dusty like carpet needed to be washed. Some parts of the carpet were coming undone. Also location wasn’t great far from everything.

Overall it was a lovely stay. We stayed 3 nights. Staff were helpful. We didn’t like that we had to cross every time and was separate to the main hotel. Made it inconvenient for swimming, breakfast and pick ups etc. hotel stall were all friendly and helpful. Our last day we had an early check out. They said they would organise a breakfast box that we can take with us but we were not given anything at checkout which was disappointing. The room layout was nice and spacious along with a large selection for breakfast each day.
